Vil du være med til at forme Air Greenland?

Air Greenland Teknisk Uddannelsesafdeling i Nuuk søger en Instruktør med tiltrædelse snarest muligt.

 

Som instruktør er du ansvarlig for at opgaver gennemføres i henhold til fastlagte krav, samt medvirke til at holde den krævede standard på sektionens undervisningsmaterialer, lokaler og udstyr.

Du kommer til at arbejde selvstændigt, men i tæt samarbejde med Teknisk staff, Pilot crew og Technical Training Manager

 

De primære arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  • Kursusplanlægning i samarbejde med Technical Training Manager/TECH staff planningen /stationstjenesten og:
  • Gennemføre introduktionskurser for al teknisk personale
  • Continuation Training for al personale i teknisk afdeling
  • Human Factors kurser
  • EWIS-kurser
  • Bugseringskurser
  • Familiarization kurser
  • Ad Hoc kurser efter behov
  • Ajourføre undervisningsmaterialer
  • Udstedelse af relevante forms, samt arkivering af kursusbeviser
  • Udlevering/arkivering og registrering af stempler
  • Fremsendelse af AML fornyelser/udvidelser til DTA

 

Ligeledes skal Instruktør indenfor specifikke fagområder fastholde den krævede standard i undervisningen, bl.a. holde sig ajour med:

  • Teknisk afdelings rutiner og procedurer
  • Ændringer af vedligeholdelsesprogrammer, luftfartøjernes udstyr og luftfartøjernes modifikationsstatus
  • Opståede større fejl, såvel internt som eksternt, på luftfartøjstyper som opereres af Air Greenland
  • Interne og eksterne audits, samt interne rapporter (IR, TSR og FSR)
  • Luftfartslovgivning (Part 145, Part 66, Part M og Part CAMO)
  • Nationale krav
  • Human Factors, EWIS og Fuel Tank Safety

 

Vi forventer, at du har;

  • som Instruktør har EASA Part 66 AML eller lignende og har godt kendskab til Part-145, Part-M, Part-Camo, Part-66 samt nationale og DTA’s luftfartsbestemmelser
  • har gennemført Teaching and Learning, virksomhedens Introduktionskursus, samt Initial Human Factors, EWIS og Fuel Tank Safety Phase 2
  • har Brush up på lovpligtige uddannelser
  • har et godt kendskab til Officepakken og flair for IT-systemer

 

Desuden forventer vi at du har gode pædagogiske evner, har analytisk sans og er detaljeorienteret med økonomisk sans og har alsidige administrative egenskaber. Det er et must at du har gode kundskaber i engelsk og er god til at tolke luftfartslovgivning samt at du kan holde hovedet koldt i travle perioder og har høj grad af selvstændig indstilling til dit arbejde, hvor du er proaktiv og strategisk

Do you want to help shape Air Greenland?

Air Greenland’s Technical Training Department in Nuuk is looking for an Instructor to start as soon as possible.

 

The Instructor is responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are carried out according to established requirements, and for helping to maintain the required standard of the section’s teaching materials, premises and equipment.

You will work independently, but in close collaboration with Technical staff, Pilot crew and the Technical Training Manager.

 

Primary duties include:

  • Course planning in collaboration with the Technical Training Manager/TECH staff planning/station duty, and
  • Conduct induction training for all technical staff
  • Continuation Training for all technical department staff
  • Human Factors courses
  • EWIS courses
  • Bugfixing courses
  • Familiarisation courses
  • Ad Hoc courses as needed
  • Update teaching materials
  • Issuing relevant forms and archiving course certificates
  • Submission/archiving and registration of stamps
  • Submission of AML renewals/extensions to DTA

 

Likewise, Instructors in specific subject areas must maintain the required standard of teaching, including keeping up to date with:

  • Technical department routines and procedures
  • Changes to maintenance programmes, aircraft equipment and aircraft modification status
  • Major faults, both internal and external, of aircraft types operated by Air Greenland
  • Internal and external audits, as well as internal reports (IR, TSR and FSR)
  • Aviation legislation (Part 145, Part 66, Part M and Part CAMO)
  • National requirements
  • Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety

 

We expect that you:

  • As an Instructor, you hold EASA Part 66 AML or equivalent and have good knowledge of Part-145, Part-M, Part-Camo, Part-66, as well as national and DTA aviation regulations
  • Have completed Teaching and Learning, the Company Induction Course, as well as Initial Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety Phase 2
  • Have Brush up on statutory training
  • Have good knowledge of the Office suite and a flair for IT systems

 

Furthermore, we expect you to have good pedagogical skills, be analytical and detail-oriented with financial acumen and have versatile administrative skills. A good command of English and a good ability to interpret aviation legislation is a must, as is the ability to keep a cool head during busy periods and a high degree of independence in your work, where you are proactive and strategic.
